Job summary

HARIBO of America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist – Supply Chain to manage order status and shipping for retailers and brokers.

You will coordinate with Logistics, Warehousing, and Sales teams at our Rosemont, IL headquarters in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' experience in supply chain or customer account management within consumer goods, with strong ERP, SAP, and Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer account management, supply chain, order management, or inside sales support — ideally within the consumer goods industry.
• Previous ERP experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support customer (retailer) and broker inquiries related to order status and shipment tracking.
• Provide order status updates to brokers and retailers; respond to warehouse and logistics inquiries.
• Perform manual or EDI-based order entry to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Utilize Excel, SAP, and Power BI reporting to view inventory and order history.
• Understand and execute the end-to-end sales process from order through shipment.
