Job summary

HARIBO of America in Rosemont, Illinois, is hiring a Specialist Customer Success - Supply Chain who will manage order entry, tracking, and OTIF for direct ship retail customers and distributors.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Warehousing and Sales to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely communications with retailers, brokers, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, or Operations) required.
• 3+ years in customer account management or supply chain in consumer goods.
• ERP/ERP systems experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support order status and shipment tracking for retailers and brokers.
• Enter orders manually or via EDI and ensure timely processing.
• Provide order status and updates to brokers and customers; respond to inquiries.
• Use Excel, SAP, and Power BI to view inventory and order history; manage OTIF.
