Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations and mentor the team in Manchester, CT. This entry-level leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and helping drive sales while maintaining Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

Starting rate is $19.12 per hour with a range of $19.12–$20.29, plus on-the-job training, discounts, and career growth opportunities within our global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice to customers ensuring a great experience.
• Retail Leadership: Supervise daily operations, openings/closings, and security standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team in entry-level retail tasks and development.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Merchandise execution, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.
