Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Team Leadership: mentor and develop store employees in entry-level retail.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and personal sales targets.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory routines.
