Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great customer experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Oversee daily operations, store opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Manage merchandising, restock products, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: Address in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
