Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management to deliver expert advice and a great in-store experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and security.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with store management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping.
