Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Part Time Retail Key Holder in Wichita Falls, TX. You will support store operations, supervise daily tasks, and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great experience for every shopper.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations including opening/closing, security protocols, and operational standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks such as customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques and promoting Skechers products.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines and coordinate with store management.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
