Skechers is seeking a Floor Leader (Key Holder) to support store operations and mentor the team in a fast-paced Skechers retail environment. You will help maintain a premium shopping experience while driving customer service excellence and sales growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory routines with store management.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
