You will supervise opening and closing procedures, drive customer service excellence, and help achieve sales goals within a premium Skechers store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service and coaching frontline staff.
• Proven ability to supervise daily store operations and protect assets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the store.
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service initiatives to ensure great fitting experiences and service.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks and daily operations.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
