Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is hiring for a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to help manage daily store operations and mentor teammates in customer service. You’ll support sales goals, ensure a premium shopping environment, and participate in leadership activities in a fast-paced apparel and footwear context.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.
• Mentor team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Maintain merchandising plans, restock products, and keep the store clean.
