Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, seeks a Floor Leader (Key Holder) to support daily store operations and mentor the team in delivering outstanding customer service. This entry-level management role offers growth within Skechers' global brand and exposure to retail leadership responsibilities.

You'll supervise opening/closing, help achieve sales goals, maintain the premium shopping environment, and participate in merchandising, inventory, and training to advance toward future retail

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve in-store issues.
• Highly organized to manage inventory, staffing and other operational tasks.
• Ability to mentor team members and communicate with all store levels.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to provide expert advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
