Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to join our retail team in a fast-paced store environment. You will oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and support achievement of sales goals while ensuring a premium shopping experience for customers.

This entry-level leadership role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement within a global brand, and flexible scheduling. A starting hourly rate of $15.30–$16.23 is provided with regular increases and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, store opening/closing, and maintain security and standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Manage merchandising, restock, and store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock and inventory with store management.
