Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product guidance to customers to ensure a great fit and experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in sales and customer service.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory and stock management with store leadership.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
