Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Retail Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations in Upington, Northern Cape. You will lead the sales team, coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer service while driving sales and maintaining display standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail with some supervisory experience. You will manage floor activities, handle escalations, plan staff schedules, and collaborate with management on promotions and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a retail team.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day activities on the retail floor.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales associate team to achieve targets.
• Ensure outstanding customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Drive sales performance through effective team management and sales strategies.
