Job summary

True Religion Brand Jeans at Tampa Premium is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help the Store Manager drive performance, customer experience, and daily operations on the sales floor.

You will coach associates, lead shifts as Manager on Duty, ensure brand standards, and help manage scheduling, payroll controls, and inventory. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail supervisory or management experience in fashion.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and coaching teams.
• Experience with visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to drive KPIs and store performance.
• Lead on the floor as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach and develop associates.
• Plan daily workload and staffing.
• Maintain brand standards and customer experience.
