True Religion Brand Jeans is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Orlando Premium location. This part-time role supports the Store Manager by driving sales, enforcing store standards, coaching associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in retail supervisory roles, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and strong skills in coaching, communication, and using retail systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs like sales and shrink.

Responsibilities

• Support store KPIs including sales, payroll, conversion, and shrink.
• Lead on the floor as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Communicate priorities and expectations across the team.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and engagement.
• Plan daily workload, staffing, and floor execution.
• Protect assets and support loss prevention and safety.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and model brand standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
