Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: supervise daily operations and ensure security and standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor staff in customer service, sales, and daily tasks.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and collaborate with management.
• Problem Solving: address in-store challenges to ensure smooth operations.
