EssilorLuxottica’s Oakley brand is hiring a part-time specialized advisor to support the management team on the floor, motivate staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes brand knowledge, strong sales performance, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of retail experience, be bilingual, and comfortable with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move/lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Act as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and product updates.
• Build connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Execute the company’s customer service initiatives on the floor.
• Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory.
• Support floor movement, merchandising, and display maintenance; keep floor/warehouse clean.
• Organize the warehouse with proper labeling and arrangement.
• Lead store opening/closing procedures when management is absent.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management team.
