Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a specialized advisor to support the management team with strong sales behaviors and leadership on the floor. This part-time key holder role focuses on motivating the team to exceed sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.

You will engage customers, maintain brand standards, handle merchandising, and assist with inventory and store operations. Prior retail success and flexible availability are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and a track record of top results in individual sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
• Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or warehouse.
• Bilingual.
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and product updates.
• Establishes strong connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes all customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory monitoring.
• Assists with floor movement, merchandising, and cleanliness of floor and warehouse.
• Organizes the warehouse with labeling and orderly placement.
• Leads store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
• Fulfills other tasks assigned by management.
