Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Bilingual abilities required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience with a track record of achieving top results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand ambassador with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Builds connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Executes customer service initiatives across the store.
• Assists with processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
• Supports floor movement, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Organizes warehouse labeling and placement for efficiency.
• Leads opening/closing procedures when management is absent.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
