Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and ability to achieve top results.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Teamwork and ability to interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and cash registers.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual capability.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and product updates.
• Establishes strong connections with customers for positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes all customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory monitoring.
• Assists with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organizes warehouse labeling, placement, and upkeep.
• Leads store opening and closing procedures when management is unavailable.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.
