Job summary

Ana Luisa is a Brooklyn-based e-commerce jewelry brand seeking a detail-oriented Floor Lead, Merchandising to join the retail team at our Bleecker Street store. You will lead the floor, maintain visual standards, and train the team on new releases to drive storytelling and selling.

The role focuses on merchandising, floorsets, product presentation, and delivering an elevated customer experience while partnering with management to boost store profitability. Initial reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail management experience; jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales.
• Strong leadership skills with a business acumen.
• Proficient in Shopify and Google Workspace.
• Ability open availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor with a strong customer service focus and drive store KPIs.
• Own floorsets, displays and visual standards to maintain brand presentation.
• Train the store team on new releases, product pairings and storytelling strategies.
• Collaborate with management to boost profitability and store initiatives.
