Job summary

Ana Luisa, a Brooklyn-born jewelry brand, is seeking a FT Keyholder for our Boca Raton store. You will lead a service-first team, coaching staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales goals.

You’ll handle opening/closing, product knowledge, and store operations in line with our sustainable jewelry story. The role requires at least 1 year of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and availability 40 hours/week including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Jewelry retail experience a plus.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service and setting performance standards.
• Communicate goals, KPIs, and brand updates clearly to the team.
• Use deep product knowledge to guide customers to pieces that fit their style and story.
• Achieve and exceed sales and KPI goals through authentic, customer-first selling.
• Partner with store leadership to create strategies that boost performance and team engagement.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and grow repeat business.
• Support in-store events and community initiatives that enhance brand awareness.
• Utilize our Custom Jewelry and Permanent Jewelry services to create memorable moments for customers.
• Collect customer feedback to continually elevate our in-store experience.
• Execute daily operational tasks, including opening/closing, transactions, returns, and inventory management.
• Maintain brand visual standards and ensure displays are clean, organized, and on-brand.
• Participate in inventory counts, shipments, and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to compliance with all operational procedures and company policies.
