Ana Luisa, a Brooklyn-based jewelry brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Floor Lead, Merchandising to join the retail team. The role partners with management to elevate the customer experience, lead floorsets, train staff on new releases, and ensure consistent brand storytelling on the sales floor.

The position reports to the Store Manager, focuses on merchandising execution, customer service excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive store profitability and brand visibility.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience; jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team.
• Strong leadership skills and clear communication on the sales floor.

Mansioni

• Lead in-store merchandising, floorsets and visual presentation standards.
• Train and coach store team on new releases, product pairings and storytelling.
• Represent brand vision consistently across the sales floor and with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage omni-channel processes.
