Ana Luisa is a Brooklyn-based e-commerce jewelry brand. We are seeking a results-driven Stylist to join the retail team, delivering exceptional customer service, surpassing sales objectives, and authentically narrating our brand story.

The Stylist reports to the Store Manager and supports omni-channel experiences. Key responsibilities include mastering product knowledge, achieving KPI targets, building customer relationships, and maintaining a polished store environment with team collaboration

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of retail experience; jewelry experience preferred.
Customer-centric mindset; strong communication skills.
Works well in a high-performance team environment.
Open availability required on Fri/Sat/Sun and two 4-hour shifts Mon-Thurs.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ana Luisa brand to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Achieve individual and team-based sales goals through a customer-centric approach and product knowledge.
Meet KPI goals; focus on AOV, units per transaction, and conversion to drive revenue.
Assist customers in styling jewelry and making recommendations that suit their style.
Maintain store visuals and assist with inventory counts and omni-channel transactions.
