Dollar General is hiring for a Cashier/Stocker role with lead responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. You will help set plan-o-grams, assist customers, and ensure a clean, secure, profitable store environment.

You will manage stock, operate cash registers, handle payments, and provide superior customer service leadership. Training follows SOPs and company policies at Dollar General locations across the United States.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Cash handling and deposit experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks and stock shelves; build displays.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons per store process.
• Address customer needs and locate merchandise.
• Maintain front-end registers and plan-o-grams.
• Operate cash register and process payments; bag items.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety; assist in weekly tasks.
• Authorize refunds/overrides in absence of managers where authorized.
• Keep accurate cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
