Nike Clearance Store in Concord Mills is seeking a Retail Supervisor who leads a fast-paced, high-volume team to deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll guide associates, ensure store standards, and drive the customer experience in a dynamic Nike environment.

As a Nike Retail Specialist, you’ll be part of a culture that values collaboration, bold ideas, and owning the customer journey. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and a commitment to Nike’s Service

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 (U.S.).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products to best support customer needs.
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily.
