Nike Factory Store Wisconsin Dells is hiring a Retail Supervisor to be the face of NIKE in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. You will guide customers toward the right choices and lead a team to deliver strong service every day.

We're looking for someone who can work nights, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes product knowledge, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities to grow within Nike and contribute to a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (U.S.).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirement: stand for extended periods and perform stocking/display duties.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services.
• Lead by example and deliver service aligned with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving duties, stocking, and visualize displays.
• Attend store events to support the team.
