Job summary

Nike Lancaster Factory Store is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume, fast-paced team in a customer-focused environment. You will guide team members to deliver the Nike experience, manage daily operations, and support store goals while modeling Nike’s Service Principles.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of retail or consumer service experience, a strong customer-first mindset, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.

Responsibilities

• Being enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to best support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Making customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Playing by the rules, maintaining professionalism, integrity, reliability and kindness.
• Operate cash register, shipping/receiving, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays.
• Attend store events and support teammates as needed.
