Job summary

Nike Factory Store - Kittery is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to guide customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment at our Kittery, ME location. You will lead a team, deliver a premier consumer journey, and help customers find the perfect Nike products.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail experience, are 18+, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll join a culture of empowerment and growth with strong employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs
