Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure exceptional in-store experiences and daily sales performance.

You will lead on-floor operations, coach teams, and uphold brand standards. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operations, omni-channel order fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays while protecting assets and analyzing reports.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends and possess effective communication.
