Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a store associate to maintain a clean, organized sales floor and operate floor-care equipment (scrubber/buffer).

You’ll support multiple store areas and uphold safety, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards while delivering strong customer service. • Follow health and safety policies; support multiple areas as needed.
• Collaborate with management and associates to ensure smooth store operations.
• Uphold merchandising, signage, and loss prevention standards.
