Qualifications

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.

• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean store environment and operate floor care equipment including scrubber and buffer.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and store policies.
• Support Front End coverage and merchandise/signage standards.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
• Follow labor laws and meal/break policies.
• Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
