Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a store associate responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including floor care tasks and operation of scrubber and buffer.

You will support multiple store areas and uphold health, safety, and loss prevention standards. You should exhibit excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to cross-train in various departments.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains floor care cleanliness and operates scrubber/buffer.
• Maintains store areas to meet cleanliness and organization standards.
• Follows health&safety policies and replenishes essential items in Lounge/Restrooms/Front End.
• Cross-trains in Backroom/Front End/Sales Floor and other areas as needed.
• Supports Front End coverage and merchandising standards.
• Participates in store recovery and loss prevention efforts.
• Communicates effectively with management and associates.
