Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, spot-clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards and equipment.
• Follow health, safety and company policies; participate in store recovery as needed.
