Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Clark, NJ, is seeking a store-wide cleaning-focused associate to maintain a clean, safe environment and operate floor care equipment. You will support multiple areas of the store, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and loss-prevention standards while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires physical stamina, flexibility, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior retail experience and strong communication skills are a plus.

• Support Front End coverage and store recovery as needed.
• Communicate accurately with management and Associates.
