You will maintain a clean, organized store environment, operate floor scrubber and buffer, dust mop, sweep, vacuum, and assist with other tasks while adhering to safety and loss-prevention standards. This role requires excellent customer service, flexibility, strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and clean glass/windows.
• Maintain cleanliness across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and staff areas; follow safety and loss-prevention policies.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs and front-end coverage.
