Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a store associate focused on floor care and customer service in the Monticello, MN area. You’ll operate floor scrubber and buffer, perform mopping, and keep the sales floor clean and inviting.

You’ll work cross-functionally, support store operations, and uphold safety, policy, and loss-prevention standards. The role includes flexible scheduling with a starting pay range of $14.50–$15.00 per hour, plus benefits as described by TJX.

• Cross-train in multiple store areas.
• Support front-end coverage and merchandising standards.
• Communicate with management and associates.
• Follow labor laws and break policies.
