The TJ Maxx location in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a store associate focused on maintaining a clean and organized store environment with emphasis on floor care. You will operate cleaning equipment and support various store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates.
• Support Front End coverage and store recovery as required.
