Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross‑train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Cross‑train in Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.
• Support Front End coverage and store recovery as needed.
• Uphold merchandising signage standards and company policies.
