Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent transferrable experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer profiles using Financial Needs Assessment to identify needs.
• Know Retail products and recommend solutions using our value proposition.
• Proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, and Commercial teams to refer customers for holistic solutions.
