Job summary

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and promote solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Build relationships with internal partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals while safeguarding customer data.
