Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Explain solutions to customers to ensure they feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
