Job summary

Fabick Cat, Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Retail Finance Assistant to support the Financial Marketing Manager with retail finance transactions and funding documentation. Based in Milwaukee, this role provides day-to-day operational support to ensure accurate finance documentation and timely funding for Territory Managers and customers.

The ideal candidate will have an associate or bachelor’s in Finance or Business, 1–3 years in finance or admin support, and strong Excel/CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, lending, banking, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation and figures.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including Excel and CRM/database systems.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle confidential customer and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Process retail finance documentation for accuracy and assemble funding packages.
• Assist with lender submissions, approvals, rates, and terms; maintain rate sheets and codes.
• Support Territory Managers and customers with quotes, applications, and funding statuses.
• Maintain finance transaction records, logs, and CRM entries; prepare pipeline reports.
• Provide general administrative support to the Financial Marketing Manager.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
