In this role, you will work to reduce delinquency for assigned accounts while maintaining a low Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Your focus will be on providing exceptional service to both retail customers and internal teams through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or credit field.
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to switch gears on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts and maintain low DSO.
• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels.
• Resolve payment portal issues and reconcile customer accounts.
