Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a dynamic team across territory, delivering merchandising, reset, and remodel projects. You’ll drive quality execution, team development, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, conducting in-store audits, reading planograms, installing fixtures, and coordinating workflows with stores. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred, OR 1–2+ years of related retail experience and/or training, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams of 10–100 employees, with experience in coaching and performance evaluation.

  • Leverage Technology : Use digital tools and hardware confidently to streamline operations and reporting.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Technical & Physical Capability: Comfortable using technology, hardware, and software tools to manage projects.Willing to perform physical tasks such as installing fixtures, moving shelves, and merchandising products.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and store partners.
  • Logistics & Travel: Valid driver’s license required.Extensive local and some Overnight travel may be necessary to support field operations.
  • Language Skills: English proficiency required.Bilingual skills may be needed based on business needs.
