Job summary

Galls is seeking a Retail Field Service Associate for Nashville, TN. This full-time role involves day shifts, on-site fittings for uniforms and ballistic gear, and delivering completed orders to agencies with specific delivery requirements.

When not in the field, you will support branch operations, assist customers in-store, and coordinate with branch staff and sales teams. Occasional travel is required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage a territory with strong time-management.
• Proficient in Windows-based software (Word/Excel) and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site fittings and other customer-related activities with Branch Manager and sales teams.
• Work in the store (branch) when not performing field tasks.
• Stock vehicle with equipment on a weekly or periodic basis.
• Aim to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Travel extensively for customer appointments, including overnights.
