GALLS is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor, process sales, assist with uniform sizing, and guide customers to the right products to meet their needs.

The role emphasizes friendly, reliable interactions, ability to stand for extended periods, and teamwork with Branch Operations and Sales. Training is provided for processes and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience desired. We will train on all the processes required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer promptly, with a smile and respond quickly to their needs.
• Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock to ensure inventory is available and neatly presented.
• Complete housekeeping to present a clean and orderly store.
• Provide sizing, fittings, and measurements for customer alterations.
