Galls is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for an on-base location at Fort Bragg, NC. This part-time role requires delivering excellent customer service, managing transactions, and assisting soldiers and airmen with gear selections.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment on a military installation, with training provided where needed. The job emphasizes friendly interaction, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to upselling and helping customers find the right gear.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Friendly, outgoing and helpful demeanor.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with inquiries and needs.
• Answer questions on price, quality, fabric type, specs and usability.
• Upsell and recommend add-on items to increase order value.
• Set up displays and merchandise to promote sales.
• Replenish inventory and monitor floor stock for availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product and contract information when needed.
• Handle irate customers professionally and calmly.
• Assist with phone inquiries and product questions.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs with accuracy.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and practices.
