Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share at The Home Depot and related retail channels. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and execute merchandising plans while gaining hands-on experience in analytics and sales execution.

The role involves travel to assigned stores nationwide, event planning, and collaboration with brand marketing to maximize product sell-through.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
Capable of traveling to assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events.
Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

Exceed sales targets by delivering in‑store and consumer-facing sales within The Home Depot.
Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell‑through.
Ensure brand presence and sales readiness through merchandising and optimal product placement.
Leverage data analytics to drive decisions and maximize impact.
